People who consume large quantities of green tea each day — 10 cups or more — have also been shown to be less likely to develop liver disease. Green tea extract can help boost your metabolism, and the tea’s catechin level can also encourage your body to burn more fat.
Alertness and Attention
Green tea, the base used for jasmine tea, is produced from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. Green tea is also used in traditional Chinese and Indian medicine as a stimulant.
